Rose's Mexican Kitchen is a small, family-run spot a few steps from Paje beach. We cook the Mexican food we love — bright, fresh and generous — with the island's own produce, fish and herbs.
Everything is made to order: tortillas warmed on the pan, salsas blended fresh, guacamole mashed while you wait. Sit in the shade, order a margarita and take your time — there is no rush here.
